I want to convert VHS tapes to DVD. Nothing fancy just the baby pictures and video. I want to buy a player, recorder, or what one is not expensive, but it will work. I do not know what is known about this device. Can I get a Wal-Mart, Target, or in a place like this? I have to spend any money for something upscale. I would like the photos as Christmas presents, if you can afford to do so. Professional sites are asking too much for my budget. I would appreciate any help.
